TERRA Offered Me Great Support – I Didn’t Feel Like Just “Another Temp”

Father of four and “mechanic for many moons,” Marco Medalia has been a valued TERRA field employee for several years.

In January of this year we were able to place Marco in a contract-to-hire, machine operation position for a large aerospace manufacturer.Not only did this role allow him to showcase his mechanical aptitude, the schedule helped improve his quality of life. (No more night shifts for him!)

Marco immediately stood out to his employer – he learned quickly, had an eye for quality, was conscientious, and had great attendance!

As soon as the client could hire him on, they did. Not only that, they encouraged Marco to apply for a quality inspector position that was available. Needless to say, he got the job!
