TERRA Worked as a Team to Find Me a Job I Love

At TERRA, we are in the business of creating success stories – daily. Recently, we received a note from someone whose success story we played a part in and couldn’t resist sharing the sweet message with you.
I recently relocated from Georgia to Washington and faced the hard task of finding employment in the Tacoma area.
While doing an online search I came across TERRA Staffing Group – it was the greatest thing that could have happened to me!
Being that I have two young children, commuting was not something that I wanted to do.When I met with the staff, I let them know my situation and how I did not want to travel for work, and they took on the task.
Recruiter Tabitha Delaire assured me that she would be able to find me employment in the Tacoma area. She called me weekly, offering me employment opportunities, but they never worked out. Despite my being unable to take the jobs she offered me, Tabitha continued to help me.
One thing I noticed about TERRA – they work as a TEAM. Tabitha passed my name on to several other colleagues, Dainin Trevino and Barbara Van Meter. Dainin sent me on several interviews, but Barbara… she nailed it!
She found me a position that I love. And being that it’s my first contract job for TERRA, I am working my hardest and doing my best to show the team at TERRA just how much I appreciate them.
It was truly a heartfelt moment when I received a call from Tabitha congratulating me on my new job.
