Thank You TERRA For Listening to My Needs – I Now Have a Job I Enjoy Going to Every Day

Father of two and former Marine, Jesse Cry, has over 16 years of warehouse industry experience under his belt.

When management changes resulted in his being let go from his job, Jesse contacted TERRA Staffing Group’s NE Portland office.

He met with Recruiter, Melissa Braaten. Unfortunately, Melissa didn’t have a job that was a match for what Jesse was looking for at the time.

And as it so happened, Mary Marshall, Beaverton Recruiter, was looking to fill a warehouse position and came across Jesse’s resume.  She contacted him, discussed his experience, and asked him to stop by the Beaverton office the next day to complete some testing.

“The moment I met him I was immediately impressed by his professionalism and his positive attitude,” Mary shared. And she knew immediately that he was right for the role, too. “Jesse not only had 16 years’ experience in a warehouse and leadership role, which made him a great fit, he was also looking for a company that would offer growth and a positive environment – and my client did!”

Mary arranged an interview between Jesse and the client. They loved him and wanted him for the role.

Just a few months into the role and Jesse is already a superstar! The client told Mary, “Can we clone Jesse? He’s been a great addition to our warehouse team. He’s responsible, motivated, has learned the role in record time, and has been training our new guys.”

That’s right! Jesse is already taking on more of a lead role and training new warehouse employees!

Mary was very excited about Jesse’s success and shared, “They are really happy with Jesse’s performance and see him going places!”

While Jesse had several people he was thankful for, he had a special ‘thank you’ to share. “I would like to thank Mary Marshall. Mary, you are great and I can’t thank you enough for getting me this great job.”
