TERRA is currently looking to add a Customer Service Representative to the Corporate Sales Call Center. You’ll be trained to research and source client leads and schedule appointments (via cold-calling) for our branches spread across the Western, Southern, and Midwestern regions of the U.S.

This isn’t your “typical” outbound call center or sales role – you will NOT be collecting payments or having conversations about pricing.

Instead, you will be leveraging your unique relationship-building skills during those impactful first calls to make connections with business leaders and decision makers and facilitate meetings with our TERRA branch teams.

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

  • 1-2 years experience in an call center environment
  • Comfortable making cold calls to businesses
  • Ability and desire to reach (and exceed) goals
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook; ability to learn new software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as you’ll be communicating with business leaders and company decision-makers

Schedule: 

Monday – Friday, 6:00am-3:00pm (8-5 shift also available)

Location: 

Everett, WA

Pay: 

$24.00-$26 per hour DOE (additional monthly bonus of $300 – $1000).
