TERRA Names Kirkland Office “Branch of the Quarter” for Q3 2019

November 1, 2019 – Congratulations to TERRA’s Kirkland branch office for being named “Branch of the Quarter” for Q3 2019.

Morgan Mason, Kirkland Branch Manager, accepted the award on behalf of the team, during TERRA’s Quarterly Business Development meeting, held on Wednesday, October 30th.

The award is based on sales excellence, quality, profitability, and service delivery.

Ann Medalia, VP of Operations, praised the team, saying, “There are so many things that impress me about the Kirkland branch. Not only do they deliver great results, they have fun doing it. This team has such a great dynamic. They work very hard and they create amazing outcomes together. They support one another, celebrate each other’s successes and are all pulling in the same direction.”

CEO Greg Lambert added, “Morgan and her team have been knocking at the door of this award all year long. They have been ‘the branch to beat’ for all of 2019 by setting such a high bar of performance.  It is this consistency that has led to this branch winning Branch of the Quarter for Q3.”
