TERRA “Season of Giving” – YWCA Thanksgiving Basket

Our Seattle team recently participated in the YWCA of Seattle’s “Thanksgiving Basket” event.
The goal of this event was to help a family in need by providing them with the ingredients necessary to have a traditional Thanksgiving meal.
Together, they purchased several items, including turkey, potatoes, stuffing, pies, salad, cranberry sauce, green beans, dinner rolls, and sparkling apple cider, just to name a few.
Thanks to their generosity a family of six will be able to sit down this Thanksgiving and enjoy a traditional holiday dinner.
If you would like to get involved with events like this, the YWCA of Seattle is always looking for volunteers.
Their next event is Adopt a Family, where you can help disadvantaged families during the Christmas season.
