TERRA Staffing Group Names Tukwila Office “Branch of the Quarter”

Congratulations to TERRA’s Tukwila Office for being named “Branch of the Quarter” for second quarter.

The award, based on achieving sales, quality, profitability, and service delivery targets, was given at an all-company meeting held Wednesday afternoon.

“It’s exciting to see the Tukwila office win Branch of the Quarter,” said Area Manager, Michelle Harbarcuk. “This team of newer employees really came together to support one another, our clients, and our field employees.” She added, “I’m privileged to work with such hardworking and committed individuals, and can’t wait to see what the rest of the year holds!”

TERRA’s VP of Branch Operations, Ann Medalia, commended Michelle and the Tukwila team for their hard work. “Under Michelle’s leadership this team has been able to reach new heights. They have made great strides towards improvement and are creating a winning culture, taking a proactive approach to recruiting, fostering client relationships, maintaining sales, and handling challenging situations with a smile. This is a great accomplishment for Tukwila. They’ve raised the bar to a whole new level!”
