While each organization’s culture is unique, a Performance Culture includes a pattern of remarkably consistent behaviors, known as core values. During this webinar, HR professionals, will learn the four elements of a performance culture. Susan helps clients build high performing teams through the Performance Culture Employee Coaching System.  Starting from an organization’s mission, vision and core values, she helps clients define key performance and behavioral indicators for employees to achieve organizational goals.  Susan also facilitates organizational change through 360 degree interviews, team building workshops and executive coaching.

Susan has a Master’s degree from Pacific Lutheran University where she also served on the Board of Regents.  Susan is also a trained Performance Culture Coach™.
