Productivity for the Real World

Date: 05/19/2023

Time: 10:00 am - 11:00 am PST

Our brains have never been so busy trying to keep up with an overflowing email box, digital distractions, and a substantial to-do list. In this session, you’ll learn how to go from being always-busy to intentionally productive.

Come learn:

  • How chronobiology indicates when your internal superpowers can be maximized;
  • Three ways our brains convince us to procrastinate;
  • How to identify energy drains and chargers in the day; and
  • Two time-based tactics to help you start (and finish) the task at hand.
