Date: 06/07/2024

Time: 10:00 am - 11:00 am PST

Productivity expert Kristin Graham returns to HR HotSpot to discuss how brain science can help move us from always busy to intentionally productive. This session also explores the psychology and habits to help refocus our time, calendar, and priorities + actions that can move You up on the To-Do list.

This hands-on topic covers:

  • The impact of decision fatigue and the pull of distractions;
  • How using MINS (Most Important Next Steps) and RSS (Ridiculously Small Steps) take planning and productivity to the next level; and
  • How to better assess the time you’re investing vs. donating.

This activity has been submitted for HRCI and SHRM recertification credits.
