Productivity expert Kristin Graham returns to HR HotSpot to discuss how brain science can help move us from always busy to intentionally productive. This hands-on topic covers:

  • The impact of decision fatigue and the pull of distractions;
  • How using MINS (Most Important Next Steps) and RSS (Ridiculously Small Steps) take planning and productivity to the next level; and
  • How to better assess the time you’re investing vs. donating.
