Ashley Kight
Before joining TERRA, Ashley had a successful career in retail sales spanning over a decade.
Eager for a better schedule to spend more time with her family and a new challenge, she joined TERRA’s Irving, TX branch as a Senior Recruiter in July 2023.
Because of her hard work and determination, she was promoted to Staffing Manager for the Irving office and again to her current role as Branch Manager of the Cedar Hill, TX team. Ashley has lived in the Cedar Hill area her entire life, and is excited to support businesses and job seekers in the community.

Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time with her son. She also has a love for arts and crafts (making candles, painting, refurbishing furniture), hiking, checking out local farmers markets and new restaurants!

When I was 16, I worked as a travel agent for my mom’s company.

I always wanted to be a Veterinarian.

The ability to read minds.

This job keeps me on my toes! I learn something new every day. There is always a new challenge around the corner.
