Ashley Lyons

Branch Manager, Tukwila

Prior to joining TERRA in 2017, Ashley had established and successful careers in both retail management and the cosmetic industry.

Her experiences taught her to never say no to opportunities. So, when the opportunity to join TERRA’s Tukwila team as Recruiter became available, she took it, needing a job that offered a better work/life balance and allowed her more time with her husband and new baby.

It was a great move. And Ashley quickly proved herself to be a leader and top-performer.

In 2019, she was promoted to Staffing Manager and was promoted once more, in 2021, to Senior Staffing Manager.

Now, Ashley is Branch Manager of the Tukwila branch, the very branch she began her TERRA journey with, and is mentoring and developing the next generation of TERRA leaders.

More About Ashley

Ashley was born and raised in Washington. She’s a mom, wife and sister, and comes from a large family, all of whom are still local. Family is very important to her and she prefers to be close to them.

Fun Fact: During her time in cosmetics, she did artistry work for notable awards shows such as the Grammys, Emmys and Golden Globes!
