Aubrey Pesicka

Branch Manager, Vancouver

Before joining TERRA in 2019 Aubrey had a successful career in retail for 8 years, starting out as a seasonal sales associate and working her way up to store manager.

Aubrey was previously with TERRA in a Staffing Manager role, and has since been promoted to Branch Manager of our Vancouver office.

When Aubrey is not working you can find her spending time with her friends, family and pets. She also loves going to sporting events or getting away on the weekends to the Oregon coast or mountains.

Aubrey was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest and is the self-proclaimed number one fan of the Oregon Ducks football team. In her free time she is also trying to learn and master golf!

Tell me about your first job?

I worked for a donation based bookstore to help get books to underprivileged families. It was a very rewarding position helping those who couldn’t afford books from the store.

What other professions would you like to try?

I would love to be either a sports caster or a sports analyst.

If you could possess any superpower, what would it be?

The ability to read minds.

What do you enjoy most about working in the staffing industry?

I love how every day is different. There will always be a new job to fill, new challenge to overcome, or a new opportunity to grow. The way we get it done is through teamwork. We work together as a unit to find the right fit for our clients and field employees.

Best career advice you've ever received?

You can have the best idea in the world, but if you don’t execute a plan you won’t achieve it.
