Before joining TERRA, Catie was a Store Manager for 13 years at a large, well-known retailer.
Though she had a successful career, Catie wanted a new challenge (and more work-life balance), and was excited to explore HR and recruiting.
Catie joined TERRA in 2022 as an Account Manager for our Beaverton branch in Oregon. Since then, she has been promoted to her current role, Branch Manager for the Broomfield team, making a big move from Oregon to Colorado—her home state.

Get to know me
Tell me about your first job.
My first job was working in the mall when I was 15. I was one of the people who’d approach shoppers and ask them to take a survey. I got used to people trying to avoid me and thinking outside of the box to make more connections. It set me up well for a career in sales!
What other professions would you like to try?
I have always had a passion for event planning and interior decorating!
If you could possess any superpower, what would it be?
Freezing time to enjoy the best moments just a bit longer. Life moves too quickly sometimes!
What do you enjoy most about working in the staffing industry?
I love the positive impact I help create—for my teammates here at TERRA, as well as the talent and clients we serve. I also love the fast-paced environment that is constantly changing. Every day is different!

Opportunities don’t happen, you create them!
