Elizabeth had 15 years of retail management experience before starting with TERRA.

She was ready to find a new career opportunity where she could grow and have a work-life balance.

In 2022, Elizabeth joined TERRA’s Clackamas team as a Staffing Manager. Since then, she has been promoted to Branch Manager.

Tell me about your first job.

I started my first job at Victoria's Secret right after I graduated high school. I was eager to start work, and naturally, as any teenager would do, I went to the mall!

What other professions would you like to try?

I'm passionate about books and someday hope to write one.

If you could possess any super power, what would it be?

It would be teleporting. I would save so much time by snapping my fingers and getting places faster.

What do you enjoy most about working in the staffing industry?

I love that I have the opportunity to support community members by finding them the right jobs and I get to help businesses successfully find the perfect candidates.

Love what you do—and everything else will fall into place.
