After a successful 13-year retail management career, Erica decided it was time for a change. In 2018, she joined TERRA Staffing Group’s Mesa team as a Recruiter.

She soon established herself to be a top-performer, earning not just accolades, but also the respect of clients, talent, and peers.

In early 2019, Erica was promoted to Staffing Manager and, just a few months later, was promoted to Branch Manager of the Mesa office, where she began her recruiting career.

When she is not in the office, you can find Erica enjoying various outdoor activities.

Tell me about your first job?

My first job was with DSW, where I quickly learned that I loved shoes and money! During my time there, I was able to grow into an Assistant Manager role.

What other professions would you like to try?

I always thought that working in real estate would be fun.

If you could possess any super power, what would it be?

I would love the ability to read minds.

What do you enjoy most about working in the staffing industry?

I love building relationships and connecting people with the right position. The work we do really makes an impact.

Best career advice you’ve ever received?

Be OK with making mistakes and learn from them.
