Area Director, East Arizona Market
After a successful 13-year retail management career, Erica decided it was time for a change. In 2018, she joined TERRA Staffing Group’s Mesa team as a Recruiter.
She soon established herself to be a top-performer, earning not just accolades, but also the respect of clients, talent, and peers.
In early 2019, Erica was promoted to Staffing Manager and, just a few months later, was promoted to Branch Manager of the Mesa office, where she began her recruiting career. Now, Erica is the Area Director for the East Arizona market.
When she is not in the office, you can find Erica enjoying various outdoor activities.
