Jessica has always been on the Customer Service/Vendor side of the business, even in her very first job as a teenager.

When her previous company downsized and her role moved to part-time, she knew she needed to find a new job—and that is when she found her way to TERRA.

Jessica joined TERRA in 2017 as a Recruiting Coordinator for our Everett branch. Since then, she has been promoted 5 times, including her most recent promotion to Branch Manager of the same office where she began.

When not at work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband, son and two corgis.

She also loves the outdoors, listening to music and making memories with her sister and friends!

Get to know me

Tell me about your first job.

My very first job was a Courtesy Clerk position at a grocery store. I bagged groceries, helped customers, fetched shopping carts, and cleaned the store and bathrooms. It was not glamorous, but it taught me that every position was equally important.

What other professions would you like to try?

Oh gosh…In another life, a youth counselor!

If you could possess any super power, what would it be?

The ability to time travel.

What do you enjoy most about working in the staffing industry?

Getting to see how things are made and what is made in our own county, is by far the coolest. I have gotten to see how space rocket parts are made, how submarines that dive to the ocean floor for exploration are built, what goes into creating the aerospace parts from raw material to the final product, and where my favorite soup and coffee brands are made! It’s fascinating.

Best career advice you've ever received?

My grandparents have told me, my whole life, to “Always show up to work ready to learn every day, be honest and keep your promises. With those key things, you will never fail yourself and that is all that truly matters when you look in the mirror.” I can say it hasn’t failed me yet.
