Tell me about your first job?
My first job was as a babysitter. It really taught me about responsibility – I never once canceled on a family. Oh, and I also learned to always make sure the kids went to the bathroom before they went to bed.
What other professions would you like to try?
I’ve always dreamed of owning my own little coffee shop in some warm place of the world, where I can enjoy the sun & have customers that become more like family to me.
If you could possess any super power, what would it be?
The power of flight. I would love to be able to travel the world without having to deal with airports & crying kids on the plane (mine included).
What do you enjoy most about working in the staffing industry?
I love the matchmaking! I am a huge fan of reality shows (the Bachelor/Bachelorette) because besides laughing at all the craziness, I enjoy making my top picks at the beginning of the season to see who fits best with the other match. This same thing applies to the staffing world; there usually is a lot of craziness, but there is also a lot of fun with finding that right fit!
Best career advice you’ve ever received?
One thing I’ve learned from my parents is to work hard & never give up. This perspective has helped me in every aspect of my life.
