Kiara had a successful career in HR prior to joining TERRA. She was an HR Manager specializing in benefits administration.
But something was missing.
Being a service-oriented person at heart, she wanted to work in a field where she could create success stories, and help people achieve their goals and take on new challenges. Recruiting, she thought, would help bring her closer to fulfilling that dream.
In 2015, Kiara began her staffing career as a Recruiter in our Everett, WA office. She proved to be a top-performer and earned many accolades while working on the Everett team.
Now, Kiara is Branch Manager of our Hurst, TX office and helping businesses and job seekers in the Dallas-Metro area find the right fit.

When she’s not working, you can find her working in her garden or relaxing by the pool with her family.
Fun fact: Kiara is a BIG Texas Rangers fan. Most weekends, you can catch her at Globe Life Stadium watching them play.
