Lindsay had a successful career in retail for 9 years before moving into the staffing industry.

She has now been working in the staffing industry for 11 years, joining TERRA in 2016 and moving her way up to her current position of Strategic Sales Director.

When Lindsay isn’t working she enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her dogs.

She grew up in Eastern Washington and moved to Seattle to attend the University of Washington- and she’s still a big huskies fan!

Tell me about your first job:

I worked as an administrative assistant at an Accounting Firm.

What other professions would you like to try?

Event Planner or something with animals.

If you could possess any super power, what would it be?

Time travel.

What do you enjoy most about working in the staffing industry?

Jobs build self-confidence, relationships, challenges, growth, and a paycheck. I can’t imagine a more worthy industry.

Best career advice you've ever received?

Listen more than you talk. You’ll learn a lot.
