Lynn came to TERRA in 2017 with a successful and extensive background in retail management, working for large, specialty retailers.

She quickly established herself as top-producing Recruiter in our Mesa branch, making fans of clients and talent alike.

Lynn is now Senior Branch Manager of our Scottsdale office.

When she isn’t working, she loves spending time with her family – her husband, two children and two dogs, Peanut and Kitty. Lynn and her family are big movie fans and enjoy seeing all the latest movie releases in theaters.

Get to know me

Tell me about your first job:

My first job was with Dairy Queen. I was in high school. I worked there for two years and it started my love of working with people.

What other professions would you like to try?

I have always had a passion for helping people. If I weren't in staffing, I would love to work with high school students, preparing them for their first job – teaching them resume-writing and interview edict.

If you could possess any super power, what would it be?

Teleportation. I could get everywhere so much faster!

What do you enjoy most about working in the staffing industry?

Every day I get the chance to make an impact on people's lives. I love hearing how happy our field employees are in their jobs and how much they appreciate us.
