Before joining TERRA in August 2023, Marci worked in retail management for over 15 years for big-name brands.
She was interested in a new career path—one where she could grow and elevate her skills and learn something new.
Marci joined the Aurora team as a Senior Recruiter and has since earned a promotion to her current role, Branch Manager of the Aurora, CO team.

Marci grew up in Aurora and loves this area for it’s diversity, the beauty of the mountains, and the fact that it’s a place she calls home.
When not at work, Marci is all about family and spends most of her time outside work with family and friends. She’s a huge sports fan (GO Buckeyes and Nuggets) and loves going to sports games and concerts.
