Rayne Scheufler joined TERRA as a Recruiter in the Mesa Branch in August 2019, after a successful career in retail management.

Her contributions to the growth and success of the Mesa branch in her first year with the company have been impressive and paved the way for her to take on a new role.

Rayne was promoted to Branch Manager and relocated with her family to Washington State to lead TERRA’s Kirkland branch office. She has since received another promotion to Senior Branch Manager.

When she’s not working, Rayne loves to find ‘hidden gem’ restaurants, take her dog on outdoor adventures, swim, travel, and listen to live music!

 

Get to know me

Tell me about your first job?

I was 15 when I started my first job - cleaning lakes. Some of them were really gross, but was always fun working with my friends.

What other professions would you like to try?

I'd like to be some kind of NASA analyst. I love finding patterns, crunching numbers and space! I'd also like to be an oceanic underwater photographer.

If you could possess any super power, what would it be?

The ability to teleport! I could go anywhere I wanted in the blink of an eye!

What do you enjoy most about working in the staffing industry?

I love doing something every day that helps to improve the lives of others. That moment when an employee or client tells you that you've changed their life is priceless!

Best career advice you've ever received?

Your going to make mistakes. Don't give up and take the learnings with you as you proceed forward.
