Get to know me

Tell us about your first job.

My first job was working at an animal shelter in Missoula, Montana. This was such a rewarding experience for me. I would spend hours with animals: helping socialize them, taking the dogs on long walks, and training them. This job wasn’t easy. There was a lot of patience, heartbreak and hard work involved, but seeing them leave the shelter made everything worth it.

What other professions would you like to try?

Ever since I was little, I have always wanted to become a stunt driver. I had looked into courses and eventually talked myself out of it because most of the work is in Hollywood. But that is a dream I will always hold onto.

If you could possess any super power, what would it be?

Teleportation - transport myself and anyone else to any destination on Earth. That would help a lot with travel times to other countries and I would get to see some amazing views with little effort!

What do you enjoy most about working in the staffing industry?

There are so many reasons I love working for this company that it’s hard to pick one, but I would have to say the daily impact this company makes in people’s lives and the wide arrange of people I get to meet!

Best career advice you've ever received?

Always go for the choice that scares you most — that’s the one that’s going to help you grow. I don’t remember who told me that, but it’s what made me accept the job with TERRA and deep dive into the promotions I have received. Take the initiative and just go for it!
