In this role, you’ll be helping to manage high-volume accounts, as well as fulfilling client orders and problem-solving. In many ways, the Staffing Specialist is the lynchpin of a branch office, ensuring smooth operations and branch, client and job seeker success.

While effective email communication is important, you’ll spend a significant portion of your day on the phone, building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

Previous experience in a team lead or similar role will help you be successful, as this role does include a lot of communication, including having difficult conversations and being able to deliver tough news with kindness and empathy.

Prior recruiting experience is not required. You will receive comprehensive training to ensure you are set up for success.
