Clayton Stanton was ready for a big change. 

He packed his car with all of his belongings and made his way from Texas to Denver, Colorado.

For one simple reason: He wanted a better job. 

Specifically, he wanted to work for a company that valued him. Because he was not getting that at his previous employer in Texas. He felt like he was just a number.

In just two days after contacting TERRA, Clayton started a new job! 

He began working as a Packer at a packaging manufacturing company, which was a great match for his skill set. And Clayton was absolutely thrilled to secure a position so quickly.

But as luck would have it, he got exactly what he was hoping for: To be appreciated. His boss and new coworkers think he is an excellent addition to the team.
