TERRA Helped Me Find a New Job that Fits Like a Glove

After serving in the U.S. Army during Desert Storm, Mark Tillman relocated from his home-state of North Carolina and made the Pacific Northwest his new home.

A local staffing agency placed him in his first job outside of the military, as a warehouse associate. He had great success in the role, becoming warehouse manager in just one year!

After five years in the role, however, he wanted more of a challenge. He’d reached his maximum potential at the warehouse and needed to grow.

Shortly after, Mark started a commercial cleaning company on the Eastside. A company he ran for 20 years!

Over time, he felt himself growing bored. Mark decided that his next move would be to get his real estate license.

He took to the internet to search for a staffing agency and found TERRA Staffing Group.

Mark called TERRA’s Everett office and scheduled an interview for the following day. He met Staffing Specialist Jennyfer Russ.

Mark impressed her.

It was a direct hire Facilities Technician role for the leading creator of pop culture collectibles. She scheduled an interview for him with her client.

Mark is happy in his new role. He shared, “I appreciate being trusted to get the work done and that I am able to work independently.
