I Had the Right Skills and TERRA Helped Me Find the Right Fit

Monica Larry knew that her work history and experience made her an ideal job applicant.
She had a background in construction and her accounting and billing skills were strong. Not only that, but had always been told she had a winning personality!
What Monica needed help with was transitioning to a new job. No, not just a job…she wanted an opportunity to work for a company that she could call home.
But the staffing firm that Monica had been working with was not very helpful or approachable. She didn’t know where to take her questions or concerns about the hiring process.

Monica met and interviewed with Tukwila Recruiter, Betty Dawson.
