Seattle’s New Minimum Wage: What it Means to Employers.

hr-hotspotSeattle’s City Council unanimously passed an ordinance that will raise the minimum wage for workers to $15 per hour beginning next year. Wage increases and implementation dates are established based on the number of employees and whether the employer contributes to individual employee’s medical benefits plans.

This increase is phased in over time to minimize the impact on local employers:
