Success Story-Jaime Breem

This Success Story highlights the experience of Jaime Breen who applied with our Tukwila office and was quickly matched to a job that is the right fit for her. Jamie does such a great job of telling her success story.  We’ll let her tell it in her own words.

I had unexpectedly lost my job of two and a half years. I immediately started searching for a new job via Craigslist and cold calling businesses. I found a job that I was interested in and sent out my cover letter and resume. I received a call back regarding my resume and it was from Terra Staffing. They set me up with an interview and I went in and met some of the staff there. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I interviewed with them for a specific job but they also had me fill out paperwork for them so they could stay in touch and let me know if there were any other jobs in the future that I would be qualified for. They asked me very specific questions about my job skills and seemed very enthusiastic and genuine about helping me find the right job for me.

The job I initially interviewed for didn’t work out, but right away they set me up with an interview for a possible job that I was very interested in. A couple days later they set me up on an interview for a different job. I hadn’t heard back from the first interview yet but I went ahead and went to the second one. Immediately I knew that this was the right job for me. I spoke with Barbara Van Meter a few times and I gave her my positive feedback on the interview. The company brought me back for a second interview the next day and an hour later I was on the phone with Terra with the job offer.

Before this experience I had never worked with or through a staffing agency and I had no idea what to expect. I was very happy with my experience. Not only did they find me the perfect job very fast, but everyone that I worked with there was exceptionally friendly, professional and genuine. I am now ending my third week at my new job and I am loving it! I would 100% recommend this staffing agency to anyone who is seeking employment and also to any company seeking employees. Going through Terra Staffing is definitely the best way to go if you want to find the right job for you or if you are looking for reliable, capable employees.
