TERRA Helped Me Find Employment When Others Could Not

Ahmad Mirzaei has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and several years of management experience in Iran. But when he moved to the United States, he found himself struggling to find work, despite his educational and professional background.

Hoping to connect with multiple companies and increase his chances of finding employment, Ahmad attended the Boeing Job Fair. That was where he first learned about TERRA Staffing Group. He spoke with a recruiter there and scheduled and interview in our Seattle office.

Ahmad’s goal was simple: to use his talent and experience to contribute to the success and reputation of a company by helping create high-quality products.

The Seattle team was able to help place Ahmad in a position with an aerospace manufacturer. This role would allow him to utilize his assembly skills and learn more about a booming Seattle industry. The best part about about the job? It was a long-term, temporary opportunity, with the potential to be something more after a 90-day trial period.

And we are delighted to share that the possibility of this temporary assignment being something more has become a reality! Ahmad was recently offered a long-term, full-time position with our client, which he happily accepted!
