Thanks to TERRA, I Found My Dream Job While Gaining Work Experience

To get a job you need work experience, but how do you get that work experience when you can’t get a job?!

This is a common problem for many first-time job seekers.

Job seekers like recent college grad, Kayla Shae, for example. “I was trying to find my first real job in administrative work. I had useful skills, but not much direct experience, so I was concerned,” she told us.
