In Three Days TERRA Found Me Not Just a Job, but a Career

Today we’d like to share with you the story of Dale Bullock, a candidate who was placed so quickly in a long-term position the ink on his application had barely dried!

Dale had spent most of his career doing aircraft assembly and systems installation, as well as auto-mechanic work. When he found himself in need of a job, TERRA was the first place he went. He met with Katie Jones, a recruiter in our Everett office on a Tuesday. She thought his skill set and experience made him a great candidate for a contract-to-hire, electronic assembly position she was working on. Dale was hesitant at first, but in the end decided that he wanted to be considered for the job. The minute their meeting was over, Katie presented him to her client. The next morning, the client emailed Katie requesting to interview Dale – that very day!  Early Thursday they called her to let her know that they wanted to hire him and Dale was incredibly excited. He no longer had any doubts; the client had taken him on a tour of the facility during his interview, and he was able to see all the different areas he had for possible advancement.

Now he is in a long-term position with tremendous career growth potential – exactly what he’d been looking for!

How did you hear about TERRA?

I heard about TERRA when I went to a job fair at Paine Field.

How was your experience with TERRA?

It was exactly what I’d expected it to be – friendly and professional!

Is there anyone specifically at TERRA you would like to thanks?

No one person specifically comes to mind simply because every person I met and spoke with was great.

What else would you like us to know?

TERRA was my first attempt at finding a job!
