TERRA Helped Me Leverage My Skills Into a Great Career

Robin Becerra is no stranger to TERRA. She first came to our Everett office in 2011, looking to leverage her 20 plus years of warehouse manufacturing experience into the right fit.

She knew that a staffing firm was a great resource and a great way to support herself and her family with additional income.

Katie Jones, Everett Staffing Manager, was able to place Robin on a variety of assignments, ranging from short to long-term.

No matter the job, Robin always did great work and left in good standing with her supervisors. The work was done right, with great attention to detail, and a positive attitude.

When her long-term position came to an end, she met with Santana Grayson, Everett Staffing Specialist, looking for help finding a new role.

Not only was Santana impressed with her background, she was impressed by Robin’s attitude – always positive and upbeat.

She knew that Robin’s maturity and can-do approach to work would make her a great fit for one of her clients, who was in need of a hardworking, motivated individual for its assembly line. Santana also knew that her experience building everything from small toys to kayaks would make her an asset to the client. She had great confidence that she would do well in the role and that the client would love her.

Sure enough, Robin quickly became someone they saw value in. They knew they needed on their team. So they decided to turn her temporary assignment into something more – and offered her a full-time, regular position!

And she is doing a phenomenal job in her new role.
