When Rae Lynn Fitzsimmons felt dissatisfied with her HR career, she immediately reached out to TERRA’s Tacoma Branch Manager, Barb Van Meter for help.
You see, Rae Lynn had been on the opposite side of the recruiting table, often working with TERRA when she had a hiring need. So when it was time for her to seek a new job for herself, she knew who to call immediately.

Barb knew that Tukwila Recruiter, Betty Dawson, had an open position that Rae Lynn would be perfect for – an Executive Assistant role.
